If you have a Master Account within the Pirsonal platform, you are responsible for managing the credits of the Subaccounts.
At this time, we do not offer a user interface to update the number of credits a Subaccount has once the Subaccount has been created.
To update the number of credits or add credits, you must contact your Pirsonal Account Manager or open a support ticket by writing an email at help@pirsonal.com.
