Before you start

  • If you don’t have access to the email address on file for your account and need to reset your password, please contact support.

Reset password

When you forget your Pirsonal password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account profile. For security purposes, we don’t store password information, so we can’t give you the existing password on your account.

To reset your Pirsonal password, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the Pirsonal login screen.
  2. Click Reset Password?

  3. Enter your username/email and click Request.

If you don’t receive password reset instructions within an hour or two, check your junk or spam folder. If the issue persists, please email us at help@pirsonal.com.
